WORA Registration 2011/2012
Welcome to the West Ottawa Ringette Association's (WORA) Player Registration Site. There are 4 easy steps required to complete registration.

Complete the form on the following pages, filling in all fields completely.
Confirm information provided which will be sent to the WORA Registrar.
An email will be sent to you with the your registration number, player's name and address on it. Please print this email.
Mail or deliver the printed email and a cheque to Jen Carroll at 61 Crantham Crescent, Stittsville, ON, K2S 1R2 - telephone: 613-831-6839. Amounts and instructions for the cheque are below and will be included within the email.
Please make the cheque(s) payable to the West Ottawa Ringette Association and date them as per the instructions below.
One cheque dated July 15, 2011 or two equal cheques dated July 15, 2011 and August 15, 2011. See the schedule below for the amounts. Families with 3 or more players pay regular registration fees for 2 children and may deduct $225 from the registration fee for each additional child. Please note there will be a $25 fee for NSF cheques. Returning-player registrations received after August 15, 2011 will be subject to a $50 late fee.

* The marked levels are now full, future registrants will be placed on a waiting list.
Competitive Players (Petite Provincial, Tween to Belle A & AA) will be required to pay an additional $100 competitive fee once they are confirmed on a competitive team. This competitive fee must be be paid at the competitive tryout sessions.
Goalies at the U12 Petite level and higher who supply and use all of their own equipment throughout the entire ringette season will be refunded the full amount of thier registration fee at the end of the season. In order to qualify the goalie cannot use any equipment which is the property of the West Ottawa Ringette Association. Please contact the registrar for more information prior to registering.
