Road to Worlds – 5K Run/Walk Fundraiser for Team Canada

Ringette Canada’s Senior and Junior National Teams will be on the ice for the World Ringette Championships in Mississauga, Ontario from November 27 to December 3, 2017.

As a way to raise funds for all our Junior and Senior Team Canada athletes, a 5K Run/Walk will be held in Calgary, Edmonton, Lacombe, Winnipeg, London, Ottawa, Halifax, and Montreal.

The race series has been officially endorsed by Ringette Canada.

Team Canada athletes from Ottawa who will compete at the 2017 World Championships include Alison Biewald, Jasmine Leblanc and Kaitlyn Youldon.

The Ottawa race will be held on Saturday, October 7th at 9 am at the Experimental Farm.

Anyone can run or walk in the event, including ringette players, teams, coaches, parents, siblings, and friends.
