COACHES
You are invited to attend a free ringette coaching workshop on Saturday, October 4th. This event, hosted by West Ottawa and the ERRA, will feature:
a presentation by Ringette Canada entitled "The Long Term Athlete Development Model: What it Means for Coaches" "What do Ringette Players Want" - a panel discussion with athletes "The Great Debate - The Chess of Tactics" - two experienced coaches go head-to-head debating game tactics |

Canada Post has announced that their 2009 stamp program will include 4 stamps celebrating Canadian inventions in sports - and one of these will be ringette. The others are basketball, lacrosse and 5-pin bowling.
