Please note, WORA only uses these applications to appoint the head coach for each competitive team. Head coaches will then select assistant coaches. Volunteers interested in an assistant coach position are asked to contact the head coach to express interest.
*We appreciate the effort and engagement of our members submitting coaching applications, however, WORA does encourage non-parent volunteers to be part of the bench staff as much as possible.
**WORA also recommends that the gender of bench staff members be the same as the team's, when possible. For example, for a female only team, the bench staff should consists primarily of women. And for a mixed team, for the bench staff consists of mixed genders.
